Dingbat Publishing: Ebook and paperback formatting
My little company, Dingbat Publishing, both publishes and formats books, electronic and paperback. We make them pretty, so you can be proud of your masterpiece in every respect.
Due to time constraints, we don't take on more complicated formatting projects, including anything requiring more than a couple illustrations or a large amount of external links. A manually formatted table of contents costs extra.
For more info, send an email to Gunnar Grey [at] hotmail [dot] [com]. Or click here for Dingbat's website.
If you'd like to learn ebook formatting for yourself, download the free guide in the lower left-hand margin. And good luck!

In their own words, here are their answers.
